Who are we looking for?

What does the onboarding process look like?
You will be assigned to a team of more experienced lawyers who will introduce you to the specifics of working at the Firm. They will help you master our proprietary system – Repertorium – guide you through the processes necessary for efficient daily work, and review every document you prepare before it is sent out. Over time, you will gain the experience needed to introduce others to the legal profession. 😊
Do lawyers handle administrative and technical tasks?
The work of a lawyer at the Firm is substantive in nature and largely involves drafting pleadings. All technical matters – such as preparing envelopes and powers of attorney, printing documents, or making calls to institutions – are handled by our well-organized Assistants’ Department.
Are working hours strictly fixed?
The Firm operates between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and within these hours you can adapt your schedule to your needs. What matters most is completing your assigned tasks on time. As long as deadlines are met, taking care of personal matters during the day will not be an issue.
Is remote work possible?
We prefer on-site work in the Firm’s offices. However, if necessary, remote work arrangements can be made.
Does the Firm offer mentorship for trainee attorneys?
Of course! Many of our trainees choose to continue their cooperation with the Firm even after completing their traineeship.
Does the Firm cover the cost of traineeship?
The Firm does not cover the cost of the traineeship. However, we offer trainees attractive remuneration along with reimbursement of all business-related expenses under B2B arrangements.
